I often think of the therapeutic process similar to that of navigating a car: myself as the passenger, and you behind the wheel. The passenger offers assistance, but it is up to the driver to make the decisions and, ultimately, arrive at the destination. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to create an environment of trust and safety where arrival at this destination is possible.

I work with individuals (17 and older) and couples, focusing on anxiety and panic, depression and hopelessness, attachment and trauma, and interpersonal relationships.

I would be honoured to help you on your path to establishing mental health and wellness.
